Project Manager - Commercial Space Development

The current project management team will be happy to welcome you and entrust you with the following responsibilities:

  • Ensure the implementation of assigned projects from taking measurements or designing the layout or furnishings to finding materials, products and furniture finishes in contact with key suppliers.
  • Design the layout or furnishing plans required for projects (client or supplier).
  • Propose project phases and realistic project completion timelines.
  • Ensure follow-up on the progress status of the project (schedule, cost, submission process with suppliers, etc.) both with the client and with the project supplier(s).
  • Coordinate actions between the client and suppliers. Ensure communication with the client or suppliers to answer any questions related to projects.
  • Mobilize internal resources to carry out the project (purchase request, interaction with the production team, etc.).
  • Be involved in all stages of the project (from support to final delivery).

ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND ABILITIES

  • College diploma in a discipline relevant to the position.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management, ideally in design or space planning.
  • Motivated and customer service oriented.
  • Have good spatial awareness.
  • Ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously and know how to manage priorities.
  • Good command of the Microsoft suite (Excel, Outlook).
  • Bilingual orally and in writing (French and English)

REQUIRED SKILLS

  • Experience with Autocad software
  • Experience with Office Suite

WHAT WE OFFER

  • Hours Monday to Friday
  • Basic salary depending on experience between 55k and 65k
