Commercial development specialist
About the position
We are looking for a specialist with a passion for commercial design, capable of transforming spaces into welcoming, functional, and inspiring spaces. You have solid experience in designing, planning, and delivering projects in the retail, integrated furniture, or custom-built environments.
You know how to listen, understand needs, and find creative and tailored solutions. Whether it's built-in furniture, custom displays, or complete layouts, you're equally at home in technical drawings and in site coordination and monitoring. You juggle multiple projects simultaneously, always striving to deliver quality results, delivered on budget and on schedule.
Your responsibilities
- Work closely with clients, suppliers and subcontractors to ensure project success.
- Plan, coordinate and supervise all stages of a commercial development.
- Prepare quotes, budgets, estimates and submissions tailored to needs.
- Ensure compliance and accuracy of technical plans and design documents.
- Anticipate challenges, propose concrete solutions and monitor work progress, deadlines and budgets.
- Monitor the quality of installations and coordinate on-site interventions.
- Maintain clear and proactive communication to ensure customer satisfaction.
Your profile
- 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial development or similar project management.
- A strong capacity for analysis and problem solving.
- Proven skills in coordination and teamwork.
- Proficiency in tools: AutoCAD, SketchUp, MS Project, Office 365 Suite, Adobe.
- French/English bilingualism (oral and written), an asset.
- Rigor, attention to detail and exemplary organization.
- Leadership, diplomacy and a strong sense of customer service.
