Addison Électronique in Pointe-Claire has been a key reference in the sale of electronic parts and technology products in Quebec for over 60 years. With 13 diverse departments, ranging from security alarms to hardware tools and computer products, the main goal of this project was to optimize the space to ensure a clear and organized presentation of such a wide product range. The challenge lay in designing over 6,000 square feet to maximize the available space while ensuring smooth circulation for customers.

To meet the expectations of Addison Electronics, Mobico proposed a personalized layout emphasizing robustness and modularity:

  • Heavy Duty Commercial Shelving: Use of metal pegboard back perforated to maximize the hanging of small accessories.
  • Rows of shelving: Strategically arranged to segment different departments while optimizing space.
  • Central islands: Enabling increased accessibility to popular products, while ensuring a seamless customer experience.
  • Wall shelving sections: Offering a clear presentation of electronic products and a harmonious layout.

The commercial furniture used in this store has been carefully selected to combine resistance and aesthetics:
