Store Equipment and Accessories Representative

About the position

We are looking for a sales representative passionate about retail and store design solutions. Your role will be to develop sales of store fixtures and equipment – displays, hooks, gondolas, mannequins, signage, baskets, and more – to retailers, designers, and chain stores.

Beyond sales, you'll help clients choose tailored solutions that optimize product presentation and the customer experience. By identifying new business opportunities and building strong, lasting relationships, you'll directly contribute to Mobico's growth and influence.

Your responsibilities

  • Prospecting new clients: independent boutiques, chain stores, franchises, architects and commercial designers.
  • Present the range of accessories and equipment and demonstrate their benefits.
  • Advise clients according to their sector of activity and offer them suitable solutions.
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
  • Prepare and present submissions.
  • Ensure order tracking and customer satisfaction.
  • Keep up to date with trends in merchandising and point of sale design.
  • Participate in trade shows, fairs and industry events.
  • Contribute to developing Mobico's reputation and image throughout the country.

Your profile

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in B2B sales or in the commercial furniture, cabinetry, store equipment or interior design sectors.
  • Good understanding of the deployment standards of major banners (concept store, uniform merchandising).
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
  • Comfortable working with different decision-makers: buyers, designers, business owners.
  • Strong interest in design, merchandising and retail trends.
  • Ability to navigate between short sales cycles (accessories) and longer term projects (complete developments).
  • Proficiency in computer tools, particularly the Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to read and interpret technical plans and drawings.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a knack for developing strong business relationships.
  • Verbal and written communication skills in French and English.
