Shipping policy

Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days from the time the order confirmation is received. Orders placed after 3:00 p.m. on Fridays or the day before a public holiday will be processed on the next business day. Delays may occur during peak periods or if an item is temporarily out of stock.
 
Delivery Areas
Mobico ships orders across Canada to both business and residential addresses. At this time, no international shipping is available.
 
Shipping Methods
Orders are shipped either by parcel or pallet, depending on the nature, volume, and weight of the items. Faster shipping or scheduled delivery options are available upon request and may incur additional fees.
 
Estimated Delivery Times
  • Processing time: 1 to 2 business days
  • Shipping time: Varies based on the region and shipping method
A tracking number may be provided when the service allows.
 
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are entirely the responsibility of the customer. Mobico is committed to offering the most cost-effective solution based on the order volume, destination, and market conditions. There is currently no flat rate or free shipping threshold in place.
 
In-Person Pickup
In-person pickup is available at our warehouse located at 1031 Marie-Victorin Street, Saint-Bruno-de-Montarville (QC) J3V 0M7.
Once your order is ready, you will receive an email confirmation. You can then pick up your items during our business hours, from 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday.
Pickups are not permitted without prior confirmation.
 
Restrictions
  • Shipping within Canada only
  • No delivery to PO boxes
  • No international shipping
Returns and Exchanges
For any return or exchange request, please contact our customer service team at info@mobico.ca or 450-907-3635. Each request is evaluated on a case-by-case basis. No returns will be accepted without prior approval.
